Lost Canyons Golf Club (Simi Valley)

Format: “Shot Gun” foursomes

Cost: $125 per player (includes 18 holes of golf for one player on the Signature Shadow Course, personalized bag tag, scorecard, golf cart, range balls for warm-up, bag handling before and after play, breakfast and lunch)

Payment Options: Credit Card/Paypal, Check or Cash

Dress Code: All players, volunteers, guests and staff must wear proper atttire on the golf course property. Collared shirts, Bermuda-length shorts or golf slacks are required. Denim shorts, denim pants, or jeans are not permitted. Lost Canyons adheres to a “soft spike” golf shoe only policy.

9:00 AM Registration – Driving Range Open – Putting Contest

10:00 AM Shot Gun Start

After Golf 19th Hole Celebrations & Silent Auction, Lunch, Awards and Raffle and Live Auction

All participants eligible for tournament prizes. Our hope is for everyone to have an enjoyable experience while raising funds to help raise awareness regarding the complex and intolerable issue of child abuse.

Mulligans are available for $5.00/each (3 per player maximum).

Companion Lunch Tickets are available for $30/person (includes entry into after golf festivities and lunch meal).
